JOB DESCRIPTION
o Candidate should have channels experience o Should have knowledge on Channels, Retail banking, Mobile banking. o Should know about Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) working. Should know about Loans, onboarding, payments, CASA and cards. o Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently o Tracking project milestones and deliverables o Keeping track of new requirements from the project o Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals o Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation o Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects o Ensure adherence to test processes o Daily Defect Discussions o Managing and monitoring work of team
