oDomain expertise for Core Banking, BPM- Retail/Corporate Loans, card- Cardnet, Prime, Trade Finance-Exim Bill, RIB/RMB, Digital onboarding oConfident, Strong communication & Stockholder Management oCore Banking, BPM- Retail/Corporate Loans, card- Cardnet, Prime, Trade Finance-Exim Bill, RIB/RMB, Digital onboarding o Create Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing o 3+ years of Experience as a Test Lead o Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently o Tracking project milestones and deliverables o Keeping track of new requirements from the project o Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals o Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation o Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects o Ensure adherence to test processes o Daily Defect Discussions o Managing and monitoring work of team
