JOB DESCRIPTION
A BSS Release Lead/Release Specialist (RLS) in banking application testing is primarily responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and ensuring the smooth release of banking software components related to business support functions. These may include customer management, billing, transaction processing, reporting, and compliance modules within the bank's IT ecosystem. Coordinate software application releases from development, testing, staging, to production. Plan and schedule releases, ensuring alignment between testing teams, development teams, and business stakeholders. Ensure all release-related documentation, test cases, and deployment scripts are complete and accurate. Ensure leading the team and coordinating with multiple stakeholders Prepare test plan and ensure team should aligned with it. Along with that having experience in retail loans, accounting entries and verification. Interest Validation and Statement analysis would be very good to have.
