JOB DESCRIPTION
? Lead the design and development of automated testing and deployment processes for our software applications ? Work closely with development teams & vendors to integrate automated testing and deployment processes into their workflows ? Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness ? Ensure that all software releases are thoroughly tested and deployed successfully ? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues with automated testing and deployment processes ? Excellent grasp of latest modern testing trends and technologies and using them to improve daily practices. ? Proficiency in programming languages, coding design patterns, best practices and code reviews. ? Demonstrable skills in designing and developing UI, API and Mobile automation frameworks with enterprise and open-source tools. ? Good architectural knowledge of large-scale systems ? Help with Implementation of Test lifecycle strategies, policies, standards and guidelines for design, selection, development, and ongoing testing of systems. ? Experience working with Digital Transformations preferred ? Mentor and train junior QA engineers
