We are seeking an experienced self-motivated Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell our products in the assigned Territory. This position will report to Regional Manager - MENA. Compensation includes base salary, commission, and travel allowance (as per actuals).
Key Responsibilities:
Seek new client relationships.
Support showroom with quotes, follow-up.
Assist clients with Rugs, Fabric and Furniture selection.
Develop innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
Identify \xe2\x80\x9cTop 10 Projects\xe2\x80\x9d and report on weekly progress during weekly meetings.
Provide accurate and clear notes in Salesforce regarding all meetings for the week.
Lead and drive UAE Territory to generate new client business and successfully develop sales.
Maintain solid relationships with Architects and Interior Designers and ensure that their needs are met and complaints are resolved, if any, in a timely manner.
Exceed sales goals by leveraging product knowledge, sales experience and design industry experience while presenting to target design professionals in territory.
Qualifications:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Communications, Design, or Business preferred
3-5 years Sales experience preferably in luxury furnishings and furniture
Advanced presentation and communication skills
Ambitious and driven by the need to meet sales goals
Fluent English required and Arabic as well as Hindi preferred
Self-motivated, results-driven, and attention to detail essential
Ability to develop schedules and respond to deadlines for multiple projects at one time
