About this opportunity
As a Territory Manager, the role will be responsible for selling Invisalign and iTero products in the Kuwaiti market. It is a field sales role, based in Kuwait.

In this role, you will…
  • Establish account relationships with current doctors and actively grow the business by adding new customers to the portfolio
  • Conduct market assessment and research to define opportunities for growth within the Kuwaiti market including account profiling and customer segmentation and targeting
  • Identify and assess potential of new customers and accounts
  • Develop and implement doctor and account specific growth plans that support practice digitization
  • Implement the Align digital platform and workflow across the practice and drive adoption of digital tools
  • Grow a portfolio covering Aligners and Intraoral scanners including the planning and execution of new product launches
  • Support the business and clinical development journey of customers
  • Manage accounts in Kuwait, monitor business performance and market trends, reporting regularly to the GCC Area Sales Manager
  • Achieve sales objectives and targets with a growth and results orientated mindset
  • Collaborate cross functionally with key functions internally and across multiple stakeholders in clinics
  • Be a true team player, participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals

  • Ability to lead and collaborate with cross functional groups internally and externally
  • Expert in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and experienced using computer aided sales systems
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Valid driving license
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelor degree or above
  • At least 3 years of proven sales record
  • Ideally, with an industry background in the human sciences / medical devices field, preferably with products that are sensitive to active consumer/patient demand.
  • Dental experience and knowledge of Kuwaiti market is preferred
