In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for 30 named commercial accounts in Dubai with a mix of existing VMware customers and prospective clients in Dubai.

Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?

Meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and build a rolling 12+ month pipeline for a strong, balanced business.

Create territory and account plans inclusive of an executive alignment strategy, resource allocation, and execution plan.

Generate, drive, and lead large opportunities to closure while leveraging the partner ecosystem to deliver additional business.

Meet, Build and maintain relationships with a focused subset of key partners to provide scale and coverage across the entire territory.

Maintain Operational Excellence in Forecasting and Pipeline Management with regular updates, quoting , and timelines to be maintained in Salesfore.com

The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing on a regular basis?

Generate, drive, and lead large opportunities to closure while leveraging the partner ecosystem to deliver additional business.

Develop deep customer relationships at all levels and functions, with a primary focus across the executive suite including CIO, CISO, and CEO.

Create territory and account plans inclusive of an executive alignment strategy, resource allocation, and execution plan.

Build and maintain relationships with a focused subset of key partners to provide scale and coverage across the entire territory.

Orchestrate, Delegate, and Manage tasks and actives to your extended team of resources in VMware's Matrix Sales Organization comprised of sales specialists, pre-sales, finance/operations, etc.

As a Territory Manager, you will lead with a growth mindset to expand your business beyond "traditional" VMware and generate new, exciting opportunities and dynamic pipeline.

Leadership capabilities are required to manage an extended team of sales resources to harness the best of everyone's skills and ultimately drive a coherent account plan that demonstrates innovation and creativity in problem-solving

Where is this role located?

The role is considered flexible and will be a mix of working from a local VMware office and remote depending on your preferences and the arrangements determined with your future manager. You will be expected to live within a reasonable commute of the office.
