Job purpose Attend Joints surgeries and support surgeons and nurses whenever needed. Achieve quarterly and annually assigned BP.
Duties & Responsibilities

• Support Surgeons and nurses in Joint Replacement surgeries in operation Theater
• Provide needed product information
• Achieve quarterly and annually assigned BP
• Train surgeons and nurses on Joints instrumentation through extensive workshops and demos
• Reporting competition activities in the market
• Adhere to company reporting system
• Coordinate and conduct marketing activities as per marketing strategy

Specific requirements

• Strong technical Orthopedics and Joints Reconstruction skills
• High level target commitment
• Perform demonstrations, workshops and marketing activities
• Compliant and CREDO driven person
• Report any non-compliances or deviation to the Business Quality and Compliance department

Qualifications
Experience Required

• Orthopaedics Joints Reconstruction Experience min. 3 years
• Medical background is preferred
• Proven track record in Joints, penetration, conversion and achieving BP
• Excellent Orthopedics customer relationship
• Knowledge of UAE market is preferred
• Strong financial acumen
• Joints Replacement Experience
• High level integrity and CREDO driven
• High level of compliance
• Driving License
