Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced

Tendering Manager

with a strong background in the

fit-out industry

to lead and manage the tendering process for our projects. The Tendering Manager will be responsible for preparing competitive bids, managing pre-qualification documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring accurate submission of tenders. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of fit-out works, pricing, and contractual requirements, with proven experience in handling tenders from initiation to award.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the preparation, submission, and management of tenders for fit-out projects. Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify scope, risks, and requirements. Coordinate with estimation, design, procurement, and project teams to prepare accurate and competitive bids. Ensure timely completion of pre-qualification documents, proposals, and tender submissions. Analyze project requirements and prepare cost breakdowns, cash flow, and resource allocations. Prepare and submit technical and commercial proposals, ensuring compliance with client requirements. Conduct post-tender negotiations with clients, consultants, and subcontractors. Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers to support business growth. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness. Provide management with detailed tender status reports and recommendations. Ensure proper handover of awarded projects to the project execution team.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or related field. Minimum

12-15 years of experience

in tendering/estimation. Previous GCC experience is required. Strong knowledge of fit-out works, materials, methods, and market rates. Proven track record in preparing winning bids and handling full tendering cycles. Solid understanding of contractual and commercial terms. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
