About the Role

We are a reputable contracting company in the UAE specializing in interior fit-out works for government and corporate clients.
We are looking for a

Tender & Technical Submittal Engineer

to manage tender documentation, technical submittals, and data sheets with precision and attention to deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Review tender drawings, BOQs, and project specifications. Prepare complete tender submissions (technical and commercial). Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and design teams. Prepare and compile material submittals, compliance statements, and technical data sheets. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for technical information. Track submittal approvals and maintain document logs. Ensure full compliance with client and consultant requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, or Interior Engineering. Minimum 4-6 years UAE experience in fit-out / interior contracting. Excellent technical writing and documentation skills. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and e-tendering portals (e.g., Aconex). Strong coordination and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:
