Role Summary

We're seeking a

Tender & Procurement Assistant

with strong technical, organizational, and communication skills to support

vendor coordination

,

quotation workflows

, and

tender submissions

. You will assist in preparing bids, collecting supplier data, and maintaining structured procurement pipelines across luxury residential and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support in the preparation of

complete tender submissions

(technical & commercial) Issue and follow-up

RFQs

for subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors Assist in preparing

quotation comparisons

, pricing tables, and compliance matrices Organize and maintain structured

procurement files

in Odoo and Excel Liaise with designers, quantity surveyors, and project managers to ensure accuracy of BOQs and pricing Help develop and maintain a digital

vendor catalog

(FF&E / OS&E / MEP / finishes / joinery) Track lead times, delivery terms, and coordinate with the installation team

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 2 years' experience in

fit-out, interiors, or construction tendering/procurement

Experience with vendor negotiation and quotation analysis Strong proficiency in

Excel

and ideally

Odoo ERP

Ability to read and understand BOQs, technical drawings, and specifications Fluent English (spoken/written); Detail-oriented, fast, and methodical in managing multi-line items and submissions
