Prepare and issue subcontract tender documents.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and budget.
Receive and analyze technical and commercial bids.
Conduct clarifications and negotiations with bidders and prepare the comparison.
Identify and mitigate procurement risks.
Coordinate subcontract agreement finalization with contract manager.
Support subcontractor mobilization and kick-off meetings.
Liaise with internal departments for procurement alignment.
Maintain procurement documentation and reporting.
Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and ethics.
Boost cost savings by analyzing market trends and technologies that promote it
Deep dive into research and chalk out potential vendors and suppliers for purchase and material management
Develop and manage the procurement schedule.
Document, log and report on procurement activities
Conduct vendor research and prequalification.
Qualifications/Experience:
5 - 10 Years Experience in procurement in construction industry.
Experience working on civil high-rise/building projects
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Prior experience working as a procurement
Attention to detail along with outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers or managing a team of procurement professionals
Effective in both written and verbal communication. Able to interact professionally with customers, vendors, and staff.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Must have worked within the GCC
