Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand tender specifications and requirements.
Assist in preparing pricing strategies, commercial bids, and tender submissions.
Liaise with Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, and Finance teams to gather required tender information.
Conduct research on potential clients, competitors, and market trends.
Track, analyze, and report tender outcomes, providing feedback to management.
Organize tender review meetings and prepare submission and evaluation reports.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance of all tender documents.
Maintain tender registers, submission logs, and documentation records.
Support negotiations and clarifications with clients when required.
Work under pressure to meet strict tender deadlines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
3-5 years of UAE experience
as a Tender Coordinator in a construction/contracting company.
Strong knowledge of procurement processes and tendering procedures in the UAE.
Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
High attention to detail and strong analytical ability.
Proficient in
MS Office
and tender management software.
Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously and meet deadlines.
