Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates for automotive services, repairs, and equipment.
Coordinate and compile tender documents in line with client requirements and deadlines.
Liaise with internal departments (technical, procurement, finance) to gather necessary inputs for tenders and quotations.
Support the sales team with proposal preparation, client follow-ups, and documentation.
Track tender submissions and maintain records of outcomes and feedback.
Assist in preparing presentations and reports for management and clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in
estimation, tendering, and sales coordination
, preferably in the automotive sector.
Basic proficiency in
AutoCAD
and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
