Tender Coordinator:

Our organization is seeking a

Tender Coordinator

who will be responsible for coordinating and managing the entire tendering process, ensuring the timely, accurate, and compliant submission of bids. The role requires close coordination with internal departments, consultants, and external stakeholders to support successful tender outcomes and maintain high standards throughout the bidding process.

Understand and analyze

tender documents

to ensure compliance with bid requirements, specifications, scope of work / services and instructions of all aspects of the bid. Prepare and issue Department and Sub-Department data call and including timelines and monitor timely data gathering. Translate data gathered from Department and Sub-Departments and write actual required documents - such as but not limited to Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators, Service Delivery Summary, Project Implementation Plan - for inclusion in the bid submission. Edit and proofread bid documents ensuring compliance, completeness, and accuracy. Oversee bid submission process ensuring all electronic and hard copy submissions complete and in accordance with tender instructions. Ensure proper documentation, filing and archiving of document submission as well as revisions for past and current proposals.

Job Qualifications:

University Graduate or Secondary Certificate. Minimum

three (3) years

of experience in the same position or capacity in Facility Management Services (soft services), Cleaning or Hospitality industry Must have good oral and communication skills Strong analytical and technical writing skills Well-versed in Excel, Word & presentation skills Well organized and pays keen attention to detail Results-driven and can work under minimum supervision Asian nationality will be preferred.
