Job Title Tender Coordinator

Description

:

• Coordinates the preparation and submission of biddings/proposals and other tender documents that are responsive to client requirements and in compliance with company objectives are completed in a timely manner.
• Coordinates with suppliers in resourcing the requirements of each customer.
• Coordinates with the customer regarding the inquiry/bids/quotes/offers/responses accordingly.
• Coordinates with the customers to assure that requirements are met to have the sales and/or services have accomplished.
• Coordinates internally with in the operation team for any related matters for bidding, contracts and other requirements.
• Facilitates following up offered bids in order to get the feedback of customers to have the orders/ or any further requirements to accomplish the services.
• Assures that offers and bids are submitted as required in compliance to the requirements set.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of all rules and procedures governing tendering and contract processes, ensuring compliance with internal and governmental controls and regulations.
• Collates and ensures proper documentation within the tendering and contract process.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements:

• Mandatory education - Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
• Working experience related Tender business / Procurement/Purchasing /Logistics - minimum 1 year
• Proficiency in MS Office - Word, Excel, Power point, etc.**
• Effective written and oral communication skills**
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi**
