Tenant Relations Executive

As our Tenant Relations Executive, you'll be the friendly face of our property management team, ensuring our tenants feel at home and well taken care of. You'll play a vital role in creating a welcoming environment, resolving any concerns, and enhancing the tenant experience.
Your day-to-day will revolve around connecting with tenants, managing leasing processes, and providing top-notch customer service. If you're organized, proactive, and have a knack for communication, we want to hear from you!
Your Responsibilities:
Leasing & Tenancy Management
Welcome new tenants with a smooth leasing process and assist with renewals.
Lead enjoyable site visits.
Handle lease registration with DIFC RORP and ensure everything's in order.
Kindly address issues with tenants who may need a little reminder of their commitments.
Financial Administration
Prepare and send invoices for new leases and renewals.
Cheerfully manage the collection of payments.
Keep an eye on coffee card collections.
Compliance & Documentation
Support tenants with any issues related to
Abu Dhabi real estate regulations
, including
ADGM
and
DMT
requirements.
Conduct friendly and professional
Know Your Customer (KYC)
checks in line with
Abu Dhabi compliance standards
.
Ensure all tenant files and documentation are
accurate, updated, and well-organized
according to
local authority guidelines
.
Prepare, manage, and maintain all necessary
NOCs, memos, and compliance documents
required by
Abu Dhabi government entities
.
Tenant & Facility Services
Help tenants with meeting room bookings.
Provide access cards and assistance with fingerprint access.
Manage car parking spaces and allocations in a friendly manner.
What We're Looking For:
System Proficiency:
Experience with the
CRM system
is a plus!

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
Experience in customer service or tenant relations, ideally in property management.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills leading with kindness.
Professionalism and genuine empathy for tenant situations.
Organizational skills with a focus on detail.
Comfortable with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A team player with the ability to work independently.
Strong problem skills focused on providing great service.
Familiarity with residential leasing processes is a bonus!
A valid UAE driver's license and reliable transportation.
