Requirement: Female Event Assistant (Temporary Assignment)
Looking for a female event assistant to support me in my role as Event Project Manager for upcoming events in Dubai.
Assignment Duration
- 26 January 2026 (Monday) to 29 January 2026 (Thursday);
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM;
- Exception: 28 January - extended hours due to event day operations;
Events
Networking Dinner - 28 January 2026*
Venue: Jumeirah Emirates Tower, Dubai
ICX Summit - 29 January 2026*
Venue: Museum of the Future, Dubai
Role & Responsibilities
Full event assistance and on-ground coordination
Registration desk support and guest handling
Vendor and production coordination
Backstage and logistics support
Ad-hoc tasks as required during event operations
Professional conduct at all times
Candidate Requirements
Female candidate only
Well-groomed, presentable, and professional
Prior experience in events or hospitality preferred
Ability to work long hours and handle pressure
Flexible, proactive, and execution-focused
Comfortable with corporate and VIP environments
?Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Able to manage files and basic documentation
Basic Canva skills for simple edits or quick visuals (preferred)
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 6 days
Pay: AED250.00 - AED400.00 per day
