Telecaller
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and scheduling consultations. Excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach are essential for success in this role.Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about treatments and offers. Schedule appointments and consultations with dietitians, doctors, or therapists. Maintain client databases and call logs. Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Requirements:
Previous experience in
tele calling or customer service
is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or call logging systems. Fluent inEnglish
