for the position of
Sales Executive
. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English, confident in customer interaction, and passionate about service-oriented sales. A strong presence on social media is an added advantage for generating leads and promoting logistics solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their
logistics and freight needs
.
Generate and follow up on
sales leads
, focusing on
service-based logistics solutions
.
Handle
customer inquiries and concerns
with professionalism and responsiveness.
Actively promote the company's logistics services through
social media platforms
(LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong
spoken and written English communication skills
.
Prior experience or interest in
customer handling
and
sales
.
Familiar with or active on
social media platforms
for business promotion.
Sales-driven,
customer service-oriented mindset
.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
Presentable, proactive, and confident in business dealings.
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years of experience in
logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain sales
is highly desirable.
Knowledge of local or international logistics processes is a plus.
