Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven

Telesales Team Leader

to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for visiting the market, meeting business owners, and onboarding clients for our digital marketing and online directory services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of tele sales representatives.

Set daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure they are met.

Monitor and evaluate team performance using CRM tools and call metrics.

Train, motivate, and support team members to improve performance.

Handle escalated client queries and complex negotiations.

Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.

Generate regular sales reports and present them to senior management.

Skill set to work on target. Meet your own target and your team target.

Requirements

2+ years of tele sales experience, preferably in digital marketing or advertising.

1+ year of team leadership or supervisory experience.

Strong understanding of digital marketing services (Websites, SEO, social media, Google Ads, etc.).

Excellent communication and persuasive skills.

Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.

Target-driven mindset with a proven track record.

Proficient in using CRM systems and productivity tools.
