Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented
Sales Team Leader
to lead a team of sales executives in promoting and acquiring new credit card customers. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, proven experience in retail banking or financial services, and a track record achieving sales targets.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, Train, and motivate a team of credit card sales executives to achieve individual and team targets. Drive credit card accusation through various sales channels including field sales, Tele sales, Digital and corporates tie - ups. Monitor daily performance Metrics (applications, conversations, activations) and take corrective actions when needed. Conduct regular coaching and performance review to enhance team productivity and professionalism. Develop and implement strategic and sales plans to maximize market penetration. Generates regular MIS reports, and present sales update to management. Identify and address training needs within the team.
Requirements :
Education
: Batchler's degree.Experience
: 1 to 2 year's experience as Team Leader in banking or financial services . Excellent inter personal, communication and leadership skills. Ability to analyze data, identify trends and make strategic decisions. Target oriented and able to perform under pressure.Job type : Full - Time.
Salary : AED - 6000 - 8000 / month.
Location : Dubai.
