Are you a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for the Forex market? We're looking for a Telesales Specialist to join our team in the financial services sector. In this role, you'll engage with potential clients, provide valuable insights on Forex trading, and support them in starting their investment journey in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will be part of a dynamic team that helps clients navigate the Forex market, offering them the support and guidance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Stay updated on the latest Forex market trends and share insights with potential clients.

Engage with leads through inbound and outbound calls, assisting them in registering for Forex accounts.

Qualify prospects and maintain an organized CRM to track leads and follow up regularly.

Provide exceptional client service by addressing inquiries and offering tailored solutions.

Schedule meetings and assist with onboarding new clients to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with great tonality.

A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a passion for the financial services and Forex industry.

Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.

Basic understanding of financial products, particularly in Forex, is a plus but not required.

Previous experience in Telesales, customer service, or financial services is preferred.
