Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and handle inbound sales calls to potential and existing customers
Promote and sell telecom products such as mobile plans, broadband, data packages, value-added services, or enterprise solutions
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable telecom solutions
Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Accurately explain product features, pricing, and promotions
Maintain and update customer information in CRM systems
Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion
Comply with company policies, scripts, and quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a
Telesales Executive/Expert
, preferably in the
telecom industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Excellent command of spoken English
Ability to work with targets and performance metrics
Familiarity with CRM tools and call center systems
Customer-focused attitude with a positive and confident phone presence
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience selling telecom products (SIM cards, postpaid/prepaid plans, broadband, fiber, or enterprise telecom solutions)
Experience in B2C or B2B telesales
Ability to work in shifts, if required
