Key Responsibilities:

Explain card benefits, cashback offers, and rewards programs.
Assist customers in
choosing the right credit card based on their needs

Process applications, verify details, and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into successful sales.
Handle customer objections and provide
clear explanations of terms & conditions

Work towards
achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

Keep updated with
banking policies, financial regulations, and competitors' products

What We're Looking For:
Experience in telesales, banking, or credit card sales
.
Strong knowledge of
financial products, loans, and credit card benefits
.
Excellent
communication and negotiation skills
.
Ability to
handle objections and close deals effectively
.
Fluent in
English and Hindi
(additional languages are a plus like Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada & Telugu).
Familiarity with
CRM tools and banking sales processes
