Responsibilities:



Make Outbound Calls

- Contact potential and existing customers to promote products or services.

Generate Leads

- Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling and warm leads.

Close Sales

- Persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule further discussions.

Follow Up

- Maintain relationships with prospects and follow up on previous interactions.

Maintain Records

- Update CRM software with customer information and call outcomes.

Meet Targets

- Achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales goals.

Provide Product Information

- Educate customers about benefits, pricing, and promotions.

Handle Customer Queries & Complaints

- Resolve concerns and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Tips:



Know your offering inside out to answer objections confidently. Speak clearly, maintain a positive tone, and engage the customer. Personalize interactions and use active listening to connect with prospects. Be prepared with responses to common objections and turn them into opportunities. Follow up consistently without being pushy. Keep track of leads, calls, and customer details to optimize conversions. Focus on daily call targets and conversion rates to improve performance. Analyze successful calls, learn from rejections, and continuously improve sales techniques.
