Role Overview
We're seeking a motivated and persuasive Telesales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in real estate or a similar telesales role. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining property options, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective buyers and investors
Present property listings and highlight key features
Build rapport with clients and understand their needs
Schedule property visits and follow up on inquiries
Maintain and update CRM with lead information
Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
Requirements
1-2 years of telesales or real estate experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, target-driven, and customer-focused
Basic knowledge of property market trends is a plus
Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus
