Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Telesales Specialist
to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential patients, presenting our services, and closing sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for meeting and exceeding targets.Key Responsibilities
Make outbound and inbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote products or services. Understand patients needs and provide accurate information Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the CRM system. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Arabic Confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality. Immediate Joiner with no Notice Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
