We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Tele Sales Executive with a background in software sales
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads focused on selling software solutions such as CRM platforms, contact center systems, and cloud-based services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generate leads and set appointments.
Promote DM World's software products (CRM, ERP, cloud solutions, contact center software) to potential clients.
Qualify leads and understand client needs, pain points, and business requirements.
Work closely with the business development team to convert leads into deals.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM system.
Follow up consistently on warm and cold leads through phone, email, and messaging.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for calls, leads, and conversions.
Stay updated on software products, features, and industry trends.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of telesales experience in software or IT solutions
(CRM, ERP, SaaS, etc.).
Strong verbal communication and sales skills with a persuasive attitude.
Ability to engage clients over the phone and build trust quickly.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, sales dashboards, and MS Office.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced sales environment.
Fluent in English
Bachelor's degree in business, IT, marketing, or a related field.
