Telesales Specialist
to join our dynamic team. If you excel in phone-based sales and enjoy building client relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads/databases
Present real estate options clearly and professionally over the phone
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties/projects
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for property viewings
Maintain timely follow-ups and update the CRM with accurate details
Meet and exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of telesales or customer service experience (real estate preferred)
Fluent in English (spoken)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Comfortable using CRM systems and structured call scripts
Energetic, confident, and target-oriented
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
