Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Introduce products or services, explain features, and promote benefits.
Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
Maintain accurate records of all sales calls and outcomes in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for campaign support and feedback.
Social media marketing
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
