Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective clients globally via phone, email, or other communication channels to present and sell real estate properties.
Understand clients' needs and provide tailored property solutions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, client interactions, and sales activities in CRM systems.
Achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets consistently.
Follow up with leads and nurture long-term client relationships.
Provide clients with all necessary property information, including pricing, documentation, and investment benefits.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and client engagement strategies.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
telesales, telemarketing, or sales
, preferably in real estate or high-ticket products.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable selling to an
international client base
across different time zones.
Results-driven with a target-oriented mindset.
Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional client relationships.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
English fluency required; additional languages are a plus. (Spanish, Dutch , French)
