Role Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client interactions and property viewings
Handle sales transactions from prospecting to closing
Provide expert guidance and exceptional service to clients
Stay updated on market trends, new launches, and developer offerings
Maintain strong follow-up with clients and nurture long-term relationships
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Dubai Real Estate (Off-plan or Secondary)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong customer service and sales mindset
A self-motivated, results-driven attitude
Knowledge of property laws, regulations, and trends in the UAE
Multilingual fluency is a strong advantage(German, French, Turkish, Spanish, Dutch, Romanian, Russian, Mandarin)
Valid UAE Driving License & own car is a plus*
