Job Description

The Tele sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and promoting the company's real estate projects. The role involves managing outbound calls, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits to support the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:



Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about available real estate projects. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, databases, and follow-ups. Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and investment benefits. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for client follow-ups. Maintain and update the CRM system with client information and call logs. Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and lead-generation goals. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. Share client feedback with the sales and marketing teams for improvement.

Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales, preferably in real estate. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to handle high-volume outbound calls. Excellent persuasion and closing abilities. Familiarity with CRM systems and lead-tracking tools. Ability to work under target-driven environments. Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
