Serdar?Properties is a Dubai brokerage that sells off?plan and ready homes. We need a female telesales representative who speaks fluent Arabic and English. Your main task is to call warm and cold leads, explain our property offers, and set appointments for our sales team.

Key Duties

Make outbound calls to buyers and investors in the GCC, Levant, and wider MENA region Follow up on inbound leads from property portals, website forms, and social media ads Qualify prospects and book viewings or online meetings for senior agents Update lead status, notes, and call outcomes in CRM each day Hit daily call and appointment targets to earn extra commission Maintain polite, professional phone and WhatsApp communication at all times
What We're Looking For

1?year or more telesales or call?center experience (real estate preferred) Native?level Arabic and strong English speaking skills Confident phone manner and clear, friendly voice Able to work from our Business?Bay office, Sunday-Thursday, 9?am-6?pm Basic computer skills: CRM, MS?Office, WhatsApp?Web Immediate joiners and candidates on visit visas are welcome
Compensation

Basic salary AED?3,000?-?5,000 per month Uncapped commission up to AED?50,000?per month based on closed deals Visa, medical insurance, annual leave, and all UAE labor benefits Ongoing sales training, brand?new leads every day, and a supportive team environment
