About the Role:

Clinica Sabah and Clinica Sabah Speciality Hospital are looking for an experienced and results-driven

Telesales Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare telesales, excellent communication skills in Arabic, and a proven ability to convert leads into appointments and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential and existing patients to promote services and offers Convert inquiries into booked appointments across departments (aesthetic, dental, surgical, Weight loss, etc.) Follow up with patients for confirmations, feedback, and rebooking Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to clinic revenue growth Collaborate with sales and medical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience Maintain accurate call records and patient information in the system

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in a medical clinic or hospital in Dubai Native Arabic speaker with excellent communication and persuasion skills Strong sales with the ability to handle objections and close deals Good English proficiency and computer literacy Professional, motivated, and target-oriented
