What You'll Be Doing:
Make outbound calls to warm leads and potential clients interested in real estate investment.
Promote and explain property offerings, project details, and investment opportunities.
Maintain strong follow-up routines with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Schedule appointments for property viewings or consultations with senior sales agents.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Update and maintain CRM records accurately.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in
real estate or a similar industry
.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven personality.
Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital tools.
Strong follow-up and client engagement skills.
