Set daily/weekly sales targets and ensure consistent achievement.
Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and skill-building sessions.
Sales & Business Development
Oversee the entire telesales cycle--from lead generation to conversion.
Ensure the team consistently contacts warm and cold leads to onboard active traders.
Drive account activation, initial deposits, and trading volume growth.
Strategy & Operations
Develop and implement telesales strategies aligned with company revenue goals.
Monitor sales KPIs, prepare reports, and present progress to management.
Collaborate with marketing, compliance, and support teams to optimize lead flow and client engagement.
Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements.
Maintain high-quality standards in client communication and documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and product changes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Minimum
3-5 years of telesales management experience
within the
Forex/CFD industry
.
Must have an
existing telesales team of 3-6 skilled Forex sales agents
.
Strong understanding of trading products, MT4/MT5 platforms, CFDs, and market dynamics.
Proven success in client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills
Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi/Urdu, Russian, or other languages).
Experience in offshore/regulated brokerage environments.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
