META MANAGER (Forex & CFD Broker - MT5 Platform)
Job Responsibilities1. Platform Administration & Maintenance
Manage, configure, and maintain the
MetaTrader 5 (MT5) server infrastructure
. Create and managetrading accounts, groups, symbols, and server configurations
. Monitorserver performance, connectivity, and data feeds
to ensure platform stability and uptime. Performsystem updates, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related toMT5 servers, manager terminals, and plugins
.2. Liquidity & Bridge Management
Integrate and manage
liquidity providers (LPs)
andbridge connections
. Monitor trade flow, execution quality, and pricing consistency between LPs and client terminals. OptimizeA-book/B-book routing strategies
and ensure correct trade execution. Conduct regularliquidity performance analysis
and coordinate with providers for improvements.3. Risk & Exposure Management
Monitor
trading exposure, P/L, and hedging positions
in real time. Managerisk parameters
and adjust dealer settings as required. Generatedaily/weekly risk reports
and coordinate with the dealing desk to control exposure. Implementautomated risk management tools and alerts
for abnormal trading activities.4. Plugins & System Integration
Manage and configure
MT5 plugins
such as reporting tools, risk management modules, and CRM connectors. Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensuresmooth integration between MT5, CRM, PSPs, and back-office systems
. Test and deploy new plugins, features, and updates with minimal downtime.5. Compliance & Security
Ensure
client account segregation, trade audit trails, and data security
in compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintainlogs, reports, and archives
for audits and compliance checks. Monitor and preventfraudulent trading behavior or system abuse
.6. Reporting & Analysis
Generate
custom reports
for management, risk, and finance departments. Analyzetrading volumes, spreads, slippage, and client performance metrics
. Supportmanagement decisions
with detailed data insights and performance analytics.7. Support & Coordination
Provide
technical support
to internal teams (sales, operations, compliance, dealing desk). Liaise withMetaQuotes, bridge providers, and liquidity partners
for issue resolution. Train and assist staff onMT5 platform functionalities and troubleshooting
