Experience Level: 1-2 years (preferred)
Key Responsibilities
Contact potential or existing customers to promote IT hardware, software, and service solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Prior experience in tele sales, customer service, or a related field (IT sales preferred).
Strong communication and persuasive skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
Handle customer queries and route them to appropriate departments when necessary.
