Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales/operations team.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable technical service solutions.
Maintain a strong follow-up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily call and lead reports.
Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge.
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain customer relationships to increase repeat business.
Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years' experience
in telesales (technical services preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of maintenance/AC/electrical/plumbing/cleaning services is an advantage.
Good English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.
Immediate joiners preferred.
