Business Development Executive (Technical services company)
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented
Business Development Executive
to grow our client base across residential, commercial, and industrial markets. This role is ideal for someone with strong sales skills, in-depth knowledge of the local market, and the ability to close deals effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities
Build and maintain lasting client relationships
Generate leads through calls, networking, and referrals
Conduct presentations, meetings, and negotiations
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts
Achieve set sales targets consistently
Research market trends and competitor activity
Collaborate with marketing to create impactful campaigns
Manage and grow existing accounts through upselling and renewals
Requirements:
Proven sales or business development experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skilled in lead generation and market research
