Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce them to our telecom products and services.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Meet or surpass sales targets using effective communication and sales strategies.
Accurately document all interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Follow up on leads and nurture relationships with potential clients.
Keep up to date with market trends, new product updates, and competitor offerings.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales cycle.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Bachelor's degree is required.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting.
Valid QID with eligibility to work in Qatar.
