Job Description

We are a leading manufacturer of blinds and curtains, delivering high-quality solutions to customers across the UAE. To maximise our sales potential, we are looking for a motivated Telesales Executive to follow up on quotations and convert them into orders.

Key Responsibilities:



Proactively follow up on all sent quotations via phone, WhatsApp and email to close sales. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential customers. Identify customer needs and effectively pitch the benefits of our products and services. Address customer concerns and provide solutions to drive decisions. Maintain accurate records of interactions and updates in the CRM system. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Qualifications and Experience:



Graduate Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales, cold calling, or a related role. Proven track record as an aggressive closer who thrives on achieving targets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in perfect English. Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills. Confident, energetic, and enjoys talking to customers on the phone. Good command on English Language Experience in the blinds, curtains, or home furnishing industry is an advantage but not essential.
