With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our operations and are currently looking for a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee our warehouse operations.

Position Overview

:
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of all warehouse activities. This includes inventory management, logistics, staff supervision and ensuring timely distribution of products. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in efficient warehouse management and experience in the home furnishings or manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

:

Warehouse Operations Management

: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatching of curtains, blinds and other products.

Inventory Control

: Implement and manage inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and reduce wastage.

Staff Management

: Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, assign tasks and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.

Logistics Coordination

: Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of materials and finished products to customers and retail partners.

Space Optimization

: Organize and optimize warehouse layout to ensure efficient use of space and smooth workflow.

Order Fulfillment

: Ensure that customer orders are processed, packed and shipped accurately and within deadlines.

Safety and Compliance

: Ensure the warehouse complies with health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for all employees.

Reporting

: Prepare regular reports on warehouse operations, including stock levels, order fulfillment rates, staff performance and any operational challenges.

Supplier Coordination

: Manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

Process Improvement

: Continuously review and improve warehouse processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cost and improve overall productivity.

Requirements

:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, preferably in the manufacturing or home furnishings industry. Strong knowledge of warehouse management best practices, including inventory control, logistics and supply chain management. Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software. Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to warehouse environments. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Familiarity with the UAE market and regulations is an advantage.

Education and Experience

:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management or a related field (preferred). Minimum 7-10 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably from manufacturing industry.
