What You'll Do
Work with B2B customers who are looking for blinds and curtains to be included in their offering. Approach shops, designers, contractors, developers, procurement etc.
Present product solutions confidently, arrange factory visits, and demonstrate our production quality and capabilities.
Work strategically to build your professional network -- identify growth opportunities, partnerships, and key decision-makers in the industry.
Generate and convert leads into closed sales (full product and sales training provided).
Manage your pipeline and consistently close monthly sales worth AED 100K+.
Collaborate with your Business Development Manager for guidance, client meetings, and sales support.

What We're Looking For
Sales experience in blinds and curtains, interiors, furniture, or retail preferred
UAE driving licence
Strong communicator, well-presented, and highly self-motivated
Fluent in English
Fast Track to Business Development Manager
Promote after 6 months of consistent AED 200K+ sales/month.
As a BDM, you'll:
Earn commission on personal sales
Manage and mentor 3-5 Sales Executives
Receive exclusive leads generated by the company
Support your team with meetings, knowledge, and training
Focus on closing high-value jobs with team support
