Telesales Executive (b2b Sales) – Telecom Sector

Job Description

we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing outbound sales calls to individual and corporate customers, promoting and selling our comprehensive range of telecom products and services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record in B2B sales.

Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound calls to individual and business customers for sales and retention activities. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about telecom products and services. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions. Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and retention targets. Cross-sell and up-sell business products and services. Handle customer emails, send proposals, and complete requirements as per standard processes. Retain customers by communicating retention offers and addressing churn reasons. Record all customer interactions and sales details accurately in the system. Adhere to performance and quality KPIs as per company guidelines. Utilize sales scripts, objection handling techniques, and other sales tools provided. Ensure compliance with all company processes and policies. Proactively identify improvement opportunities and provide feedback.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of telesales experience in selling B2B products and services. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Experience in telecom sales is preferred. Face-to-face B2B sales experience may be considered if telesales experience is not available. Strong customer service and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,200.00 per month
