We are seeking a

proactive and persuasive Telesales Executive

to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in driving our B2B growth by generating and qualifying leads through strategic outbound calls. If you are results-driven, customer-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:



Conduct outbound cold calls to potential B2B clients, PROs, and corporate entities. Qualify leads by identifying decision-makers and understanding their business needs. Schedule product demos or sales meetings for the field sales team. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system. Follow up on leads via phone and email to nurture interest and convert opportunities. Meet and exceed daily/weekly targets for calls made and leads generated. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.

Requirements:



Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (B2B preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business development. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
