Telesales Customer Support
to join our team. The role involves client quality checks, tele-sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage of the client journey.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct
quality check calls
with clients to ensure service satisfaction and collect feedback.
Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients with queries related to properties, services, and documentation.
Support the sales team with
tele-sales activities
, including introducing property listings and following up on leads.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update the CRM system.
Resolve client concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and customer service in every interaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and client experience.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of customer service / tele-sales experience
(real estate experience preferred).
Excellent communication skills in
English
.
Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills.
Ability to handle multiple calls and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Must be based in Dubai and available for immediate joining (preferred).
