The Tele-Sales Coordinator will play a central role in identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for surveying of land parcel and building construction. This position requires consistent engagement with consultants, developers, contractors, and individual customers through structured cold calling and email outreach. The role further involves maintaining accurate records, conducting follow-ups, and coordinating internally with Survey and CAD teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling
Conduct rigorous cold calling to potential customers, including (but not limited to) consultants, developers, contractors, and individuals seeking survey services.
Present the company's capabilities clearly, gather relevant information, and assess potential opportunities.
Record all customer interactions, call outcomes, and next steps in an organized and up-to-date database.
2. Emailing & Written Correspondence
Send structured and professionally written marketing emails introducing the company's services and defining the scope of work clearly.
Maintain records of all communication, including sent emails, received replies, and follow-ups for tracking and reporting purposes.
Collaborate with technical staff where necessary to ensure accurate service descriptions.
3. Proposal Follow-Up & Client Support
Conduct timely follow-up calls and emails for all submitted proposals to clarify customer concerns, answer queries, and support the decision-making process.
Ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate proposal conversions.
4. Internal Coordination with Survey & CAD Teams
Communicate clearly and regularly with survey teams and CAD design staff to ensure timely, efficient, and accurate completion of tasks.
Continuously follow up with internal teams to align job priorities and support the smooth execution of customer requirements.
5. Additional Duties
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities based on client interactions and report such findings to management.
Assist in the preparation of quotations, proposals, and sales documentation when required.
Update CRM and internal tracking systems to ensure accurate and real-time reporting of sales activities.
Support the scheduling of appointments, meetings, and site discussions with clients and technical teams.
Contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation, proposal follow-ups, and conversion rates.
Maintain a high level of professionalism to uphold the company's image and promote customer confidence.
Qualifications & Mandatory Requirements
Education & Experience
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in tele-sales, customer coordination, or inside sales.
Mandatory:
Previous experience in vendor listing, vendor registration, or handling supplier approval processes with consultants, developers, and contractors.
Experience in the construction, engineering, or surveying sector is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical services confidently.
Proven record-keeping and documentation capabilities.
Excellent follow-up discipline and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, email communication, and CRM systems.
Strong coordination skills and the ability to work effectively with internal technical teams.
